In Thanh Ha commune, through inspection, the local government has drawn up a record of the current status of 23 illegal construction works of 22 households in Trang Liet 1 and Trang Liet 2 villages. The People's Committee of the commune has issued many documents directing the strengthening of State management of land, requiring households in violation to dismantle the construction themselves.
However, it was not until mid-September 2025 that one household voluntarily complied. On October 9, the People's Committee of the commune issued 21 decisions on administrative sanctions and notices of enforcement if households do not recover, and at the same time required violators to bear all costs when forced to recover the consequences.
In Ha Tay commune, the local government considers the management and handling of land violations as a key task. The Commune People's Committee has established a specialized working group, developed a general review plan, and clearly assigned responsibilities to each department, branch, and union.
After nearly 3 months, the commune has recorded 22 violations, fined 9 cases and prepared to enforce against households that were deliberately slow. In addition, the commune focuses on propaganda, mobilization, and explanation to people to clearly understand that encroaching on public land and illegally constructing it is a violation of the law.
In Tu Ky commune, the authorities promptly prevented 9 cases of construction on agricultural land, including Mr. Nguyen Van Nghi's household in An Phong Giang village. After being mobilized, Mr. Nghi's family stopped the construction and restored the original state.
Similarly, Vinh Bao commune also handled the matter quickly, requiring households Nguyen Van Ke and Nguyen Van Doan in village 5 to dismantle illegal corrugated iron houses on agricultural land.
Localities have determined that resolutely handling violations in conjunction with propaganda and mobilization is an effective solution to restore order in land management, ensuring sustainable development.
