According to the People's Committee of Le Ich Moc Ward, Mr. Vu Van Th's household has built a solid structure with an area of 100 m2 on forestry land, on plot No. 27, map sheet No. 01. The ward has requested households to voluntarily dismantle illegal construction on forestry land. However, up to now, Mr. Th's household has not complied and has not dismantled the illegal construction.
The People's Committee of the ward and the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas have repeatedly drawn up records requesting an end to the violation. However, when making a record of administrative violations on November 7, 2025, Mr. Th did not cooperate and did not accept the record.
For 2 days, November 7 and November 17, the People's Committee of the ward invited households to dialogue, provide information and propagate to encourage households to voluntarily dismantle illegal constructions. However, the household did not comply.
To ensure discipline in land management, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee issued Decision No. 1073/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction Mr. Vu Van Th. The fine is 30 million VND; forcing the self-dismantling of all illegal construction works, restoring the original state of the land plot. The deadline for implementing remedial measures is 10 days. All expenses for organizing the implementation of remedial measures will be paid by Mr. Th in accordance with legal regulations.
The Ward People's Committee also requested the above household to strictly comply and avoid any enforcement steps according to the law. At the same time, it is recommended that people in the whole ward raise their awareness of complying with land laws, not arbitrarily changing the purpose, or illegally constructing works on land that is not allowed for construction.
