Binh Duong Ward reviews 48 public land plots to issue red books

ĐÌNH TRỌNG |

Ho Chi Minh City - Binh Duong Ward is conducting a review of 48 public land plots to issue land use right certificates (commonly known as red books).

According to Binh Duong Ward People's Committee, the ward has a total natural area of 5,816 ha. Of which, the public land fund directly managed by the Ward People's Committee has a total area of 53.8 ha, including 139 land plots in the neighborhoods of the previous 4 wards.

Regarding the legal status, out of a total of 139 public land plots, 51 plots have been established by decisions and 40 plots have been granted Certificates of land use rights. For the remaining 48 plots, the Ward People's Committee is reviewing and completing legal documents, determining the origin, boundaries, area and carrying out relevant procedures according to regulations.

According to records, some public land areas in the old Hoa Phu and Phu Tan areas, including green parks, administrative headquarters, neighborhood offices and some land areas originating from Becamex IDC, have not fully completed legal documents to carry out procedures for issuing Land Use Right Certificates.

The Ward People's Committee has directed the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department to review and classify the legal status of the entire public land fund directly managed by the locality. On that basis, the ward is gradually completing dossiers, preparing procedures for issuing Certificates of Land Use Rights and establishing public land funds according to regulations.

The ward also focuses on completing dossiers for eligible land plots; coordinating with Becamex Group and relevant agencies to accelerate the completion of dossiers, cadastral drawings and legal documents for land plots that have been handed over, as a basis for carrying out land allocation procedures and issuing land use right certificates according to regulations.

Binh Duong Ward also focuses on publicizing and making transparent information about public land funds, researching and developing QR codes for each land plot. Thereby providing information on location, boundaries, area, current status and management and use plans according to regulations.
