Up to now, the entire Quang Ninh province has established and expanded the area of 16 industrial clusters (ICs) with a total area of 853.18 hectares.
Of which, 5 CCN have been invested in building technical infrastructure and put into operation with a total area of 304.61ha, including: Ha Khanh CCN (50.01ha), Hoanh Bo CCN (69.4ha), Cam Thinh CCN (75ha), Nam Son CCN (47.55ha), Phuong Nam CCN (62.65ha).
There are 11 industrial clusters being invested in and implemented in preparation for investment in the construction of technical infrastructure with a total area of 548.57 hectares. These 11 industrial clusters include: Dong Mai Industrial Cluster (16ha), Van Don Industrial Cluster (52.58ha), Trang An Industrial Cluster (25.54ha), Yen Than Industrial Cluster (47.6ha), Dong Dam Ha B Industrial Cluster (60.01ha), Hai Yen Industrial Cluster (50.27ha), Phuong Nam 2 Industrial Cluster (69.77ha), Quang Thanh Industrial Cluster (54.54ha), Yen Tho Industrial Cluster (34.6ha), Quang Duc Industrial Cluster (69.44ha).
To develop the industrial parks, Quang Ninh province has implemented many synchronous solutions, from improving the investment environment, improving planning quality, to supporting and accompanying investors throughout the project implementation process.
Preferential mechanisms and policies on land, taxes, and administrative procedures have been streamlined and transparent, creating favorable conditions for businesses to confidently develop production and business.
From the beginning of 2025 to now, Quang Ninh has welcomed many domestic and foreign investors to learn, survey and register to invest in new industrial parks, typically: Yen Tho Industrial Park, Quang Thanh Industrial Park, Van Don Industrial Park, Dong Mai Industrial Park...
In addition, Quang Ninh province also devotes significant resources to investing in strategic transport infrastructure, ensuring synchronous connections between industrial parks with seaport systems, airports, highways and large-scale industrial parks.
This facilitates the transportation of raw materials, product consumption and creates a strong attraction for domestic and foreign investors, especially enterprises operating in the fields of supporting industries, processing, manufacturing, and high technology.
Along with that, continue to orient the construction of the industrial park system according to the model of linking regions - sectors - chains, connecting with large industrial parks, such as: Dong Mai, Hai Yen, Bac Tien Phong, Nam Tien Phong... to form a closed production network, capable of supporting each other.
