Accordingly, the subjects of application are State land management agencies, tax agencies, households, individuals and other subjects related to land management and use in the province.
The above Decision specifically stipulates the limits of agricultural land allocation for annual crop land, perennial crop land and aquaculture land in Dong Nai province:
+ Not more than 5,000m2 for each type of land for urban areas and Long Hung commune of Bien Hoa city; in case of being assigned many types of land in the same agricultural land group, the total area of land assigned shall not exceed 10,000m2.
+ Not more than 10,000m2 for each type of land in rural areas; in case of being allocated many types of land in the same agricultural land group, the total area allocated shall not exceed 20,000m2.
As for protective forest land, production forest is planted forest:
+ No more than 10,000m2 for each type of land for urban areas and Long Hung commune, Bien Hoa city.
+ No more than 20,000m2 for each type of land for rural areas.
In case of exceeding the land allocation limit prescribed above, the excess area must be converted to State land lease.
This Decision takes effect from October 1, 2024. Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of this Decision and summarize difficulties and problems, and propose appropriate adjustments and supplements.
