On March 18, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee just decided to approve the task of zoning planning at a scale of 1/2,000 of Long Thanh concentrated digital technology zone in An Phuoc and Binh An communes, Dong Nai province.
Long Thanh concentrated digital technology zone has a scale of nearly 120ha adjacent to the parallel road of Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway, located near Long Thanh airport.
Long Thanh concentrated digital technology zone is planned with 2 functional sub-zone groups to implement digital technology industry activities and provide services for the concentrated digital technology zone, net construction density up to 40%, green space, traffic, technical zones at least 21%, expected total number of workers about 9,500 - 10,500 people.
The objectives of the Long Thanh concentrated digital technology zone plan are to form an information technology center, create infrastructure for application and development of digital technology; promote the development of the information technology industry; form a research and development center for information technology products, serving training and technology transfer in the information technology sector; incubate digital technology businesses; attract and develop digital technology services.

Long Thanh concentrated digital technology zone is planned by the Department of Science and Technology, appraised by the Department of Construction, and approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
