On January 9, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc - Vice Chairman of Luong Son District People's Committee - said that Nhuan Trach Industrial Park will start construction on January 10. Currently, all work for the groundbreaking ceremony has been prepared by the investor.
According to Mr. Duc, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister in 2022 with a total investment of nearly 2,400 billion VND, a scale of 213.6 hectares located in Nhuan Trach and Cu Yen communes.
According to Mr. Duc, after completion and attracting secondary investors, the industrial park is expected to create about 40,000 stable jobs for local people and neighboring provinces. Thereby, increasing revenue for the State budget, contributing to the economic restructuring of Hoa Binh province.
According to Lao Dong Newspaper, Nhuan Trach Industrial Park project (Luong Son district) is located in a prime location adjacent to National Highway 6 and about 2 km from Ho Chi Minh road. Nearby is Luong Son Industrial Park with tens of thousands of workers working there.
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam (45 years old, residing in Luong Son district) shared that the local people were very excited when they heard that the project was about to start. Hopefully, after the project is completed, it will promote many other services such as accommodation, shops, transportation, food and entertainment for workers, and at the same time create more jobs for workers.
According to Mr. Dinh Quoc The - Chairman of the Industrial Parks Trade Union of Hoa Binh province, the province has 3 industrial parks in operation, creating 20,000 jobs for workers.
