Dam Vinh Hung was impersonated to trick fans into investing money

On his personal page, Dam Vinh Hung shared a series of messages from someone impersonating him to scam.

This person used the name "Dam Vinh Hung" and texted a number of audiences and fans of the male singer to call for investment with enticing words such as: "With a small investment, you will get good profits.It is a legal trading platform and 100% win".

Before this incident, many fans sent these scam messages to Dam Vinh Hung and he posted them on his personal page to warn.

The male singer shared: "At the end of the year, everyone must be very careful because scammers spare no one.

I am also working with Facebook Vietnam to see which phone number or email this person is registering from and in which region".

The male singer also added that he currently only uses a personal page named "Dam Vinh Hung" with more than 1 million followers and a fanpage with the owner's confirmation stamp with 6.5 million followers.

This is not the first time the male singer has spoken out about being impersonated and scammed on Facebook.

Previously, in 2023, singer Dam Vinh Hung spoke up to warn the audience when a bad person impersonated his personal Facebook.Dam Vinh Hung affirmed that the account named "Dam Vinh Hung Rieng Tu" has nothing to do with him and the company.

"This is not my Facebook and has nothing to do with me or Vietvoice company.Don't be fooled, you may encounter consequences such as money fraud, account hacking or being exploited to increase the number of followers, then the page will be sold to those who want to do business and have a customer base...", the male singer shared.
