Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced the selling price and rental price for the housing project for the armed forces of the People's Police in Thanh Liet ward, Hanoi City. The project investor is Videc - Truong Thanh Investment Joint Stock Company.
The project is built in Thanh Liet ward, with a scale of about 3,500m2. The project includes a high-rise social housing block, 30 above-ground floors, 1 staircase and 3 basements, with a total construction area of about 1,400m2. Project implementation progress from the third quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2028.
The total number of social housing apartments in the project is 390 units, of which about 90% of apartments are for sale and 10% of apartments are for lease-purchase. The area of apartments ranges from about 45m2 to 77m2.
The expected time to receive registration dossiers starts from April 16, 2026 and lasts at least 30 days from the date of starting to receive dossiers.
Regarding selling price, the apartment price without VAT is 31,364,916 VND/m2. The price including 5% VAT but without maintenance costs is 32,931,616 VND/m2. The price including VAT and maintenance costs is 33,560,460 VND/m2.
For the lease-purchase form, the price excluding VAT is 369,825 VND/m2/month; the price including 5% VAT but excluding maintenance costs is 388,116 VND/m2/month.
Note that this social housing project only applies to subjects belonging to officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security armed forces who do not have stable housing. If they do not belong to the above-mentioned group, they are not eligible to register to buy social housing in this project.
