In the 2025 land use plan, Dong Da district (Hanoi) has a project to auction real estate facilities at 23 Thai Thinh (Nga Tu So ward).
According to the 2025 land use plan, Cau Giay District (Hanoi) has 7 projects for auctioning land use rights. In Quan Hoa Ward, the district will auction land use rights at plot No. 1, lane 59, Quan Hoa Street and auction land use rights at plot No. 8, lane 92, Nguyen Khanh Toan Street.
Dich Vong Ward has a project to auction land use rights at plot D3, Cau Giay New Urban Area and auction 30 plots (including 28 plots in plot D23 and 2 plots in plot D18) also in Cau Giay New Urban Area.
In addition, there is a project to auction the right to use residential land in the land plot in lane 39, Tu Mo street, Trung Hoa ward. Auctioning the right to use land for 4 plots in area X4, lots A12, B19, B29, E12, Mai Dich ward. Also in Mai Dich ward, there is a project to auction the right to use land in plot number 8, Pham Van Dong street.
In Long Bien district, according to the 2025 land use plan, there are 8 land acquisition projects for land use rights auction. Of which, Long Bien ward has 3 projects, Phuc Dong ward has 2 projects, Ngoc Thuy and Thuong Thanh wards have 3 projects.
According to the 2025 land use plan, the City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of the above districts to announce and publicize the land use plan in accordance with the provisions of the law on land. The units shall recover land in accordance with the approved land use plan.
The People's Committees of these districts shall organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; promptly detect and handle violations of land use plans; strengthen inspections and supervision of the implementation of land use plans to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan.
The People's Committees of these districts are responsible for reporting the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City is responsible for implementing land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This Department is assigned to organize the inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
