On April 3, My Duc district will auction residential land use rights for 26 plots of land, with a total area of 2,787m2 in An Tien, Van Tin, Huong Son, Le Thanh, Phu Luu Te communes and Dai Nghia town.
The plots of land have an area of 76-250m2/plot with a starting price of 3.5-8.5 million VND/m2. The auction method and form is direct voting in one round at the auction according to the method of bidding up.

58 plots of land at DT-01 point, Tien Thang commune, Me Linh district are also preparing to be auctioned in 2 phases. Round 1 (auction of 30 plots of land) is expected to take place on April 5. Round 2 (auction of 28 plots of land) is expected to take place on April 12.

On April 13, Quoc Oai district auctioned land use rights in 15 plots of land (Area A) in the project of constructing technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights DG 06 of the Saigon commune belt road.
