Lang Son organizes auction of two batches of evidence: printing paper and smart massage tools
The Property Auction Service Center (Lang Son Department of Justice) will organize a public auction of two lots of administrative violation exhibits on September 26, at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Lot 1 includes 16 A4 paper packages, 10 cardboard boxes continuously printed, 18 vacuum cleaner bags (only 100%), starting price 4.9 million VND. Lot 2 is 440 smart air massaging tools (11 cardboard boxes, new 100%), starting price 67.76 million VND.
The auction took place directly, with secret ballots in many rounds, the method of bidding up; the minimum price step was 100,000 VND (Lot 1) and 1,000,000 VND (Lot 2).
Participants need to submit documents ( fee of 50,000 VND/plot) from September 17 to 23, 2025; deposit 900,000 VND (plot 1) or 13 million VND (plot 2). The property inspection took place from September 17 to 19 at the Huu Nghi International Border Gate Customs warehouse.
According to regulations, the deposit will be lost if there are violations such as not attending, colluding, causing trouble, refusing to sign a record or the auction results.
The auction winner must pay within 5 working days and receive the handover of the property within 5 days after completing financial obligations.
Cao Bang auctions 6 cars as evidence, total starting price nearly 565 million VND
The Property Auction Service Center (Department of Justice of Cao Bang province) has just announced the organization of a public auction of 6 confiscated cars, establishing public ownership, with a total starting price of 564.7 million VND.
The list includes: JINBEI SY1021DMF3 2006, priced at 33.4 million VND; NISSAN TEANA 2009 169.1 million VND; MAZDA 626 (1997) 31.3 million VND; TOYOTA VIOS E 2017 - highest with 185.6 million VND; MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER (2005) 45.2 million VND; and DAEWOO LACETTISE (2011).1 million VND.
The above price does not include VAT and related costs, the auction winner must pay taxes and fees themselves to complete the registration.
The auction took place in a direct manner, with a price increase for each vehicle. Registration documents are received from September 19-29 at the Property Auction Service Center (No. 040, Cu Street, Thuc Phan Ward).
Participants can view the car from September 22 to 24 at the provincial Department of Finance. The official auction will be held at 8:00 a.m. on October 2, 2025.
