On November 4, according to PV's investigation, Viet Bac Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the organization of a land use rights auction to select an investor to implement the Dong Khuc New Urban Residential Area project in Dai Phuc commune, Thai Nguyen province.
The project has a total area of 42,584.9 m2, the current status is vacant land, with no technical infrastructure built. According to the plan, the project will form a new residential area with a scale of about 800 residents. The total estimated investment is about 63 billion VND.
In the land structure, about 17,125.6 m2 of residential land (including villas and townhouses) is allowed to be traded after completing the infrastructure. The remaining area of 25,459.3 m2 is used for traffic, trees, technical works and will be handed over to the locality for management after completion.
The starting price for the auction is 78.349 billion VND (equivalent to about 4.57 million VND/m2 of residential land). The deposit is VND 15,669 billion. The auction participants are organizations and individuals who meet the conditions prescribed by law on land, construction and real estate business.
The application is for sale from October 29 to November 19, 2025. Investors must submit documents and payment forms no later than December 2, 2025, and deposit until 5:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 9:00 a.m. on December 5, 2025 at the headquarters of Viet Bac Joint Stock Auction Company in the form of indirect voting and bidding up.
The winning investor must implement the project according to the approved plan and schedule and put the land into use within 12 months from the date of site handover.
This is one of the projects implemented by Thai Nguyen to mobilize social resources to invest in infrastructure, expanding urban space in Phu Binh district (old).
