Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh has just signed Decision No. 283/QD-TTg approving the adjustment of the Planning for preservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the Special National Relic, Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nghe An province.
The adjusted area is located in the functional zoning of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan's tomb area; the adjusted area is about 6,000m2, of which: 1,429.3m2 belongs to the II Relic Protection Area of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan's tomb area and 4,570.7m2 is located outside the relic protection area.
The purpose of adjusting the planning is to create a legal basis for the establishment, appraisal, and approval of the project to build the temple to worship Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan belonging to the National Special Relic - Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nghe An province, contributing to promoting the value of the relic associated with sustainable tourism development and socio-economic development of the locality.
At the same time, meeting the needs and feelings of people across the country and local people towards the Mother of President Ho Chi Minh, thereby educating the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source" for generations, contributing to concretizing development orientations and plans in plans under the national planning system for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
The decision clearly states the content of the adjusted plan as follows:
1. Maintain the Relic Protection Area according to Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister approving the Planning for preservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nghe An province.
2. Adjustment and supplementation of functional partitions:
- Adjustment from land in service area - guesthouse (I-DV5) with an area of 108.0m2 and landscape forest land (I-LN1) with an area of 5,892.0m2 to land for building the Temple of Lady Hoang Thi Loan and auxiliary works.
- Newly build the temple of Ba Hoang Thi Loan and auxiliary works. The architecture and landscape of the new project are suitable for the overall space, architecture, and general landscape of the entire area.
3. Adjusting the technical infrastructure network planning.
4. Investment capital for local adjustment of functional zoning, adjustment of technical infrastructure network planning, construction of the Temple of Lady Hoang Thi Loan and auxiliary works: Socialized sources.
Other contents are kept unchanged as Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg dated November 27, 2020 of the Prime Minister approving the Planning for preservation, restoration and promotion of the value of the special national relic Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien, Nghe An province.
