In which, the central area of Ho Chi Minh City will have 1 high-altitude point at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (An Khanh ward) and 1 low-altitude point at the SAIGON MARINA IFC Tower (Saigon ward).
In order to ensure traffic order and safety in organizing the fireworks display program, from 9:00 PM on February 16th to 1:00 AM on February 17th, 2026, a series of roads in the central area will be closed to traffic, including:
