The Hanoi Department of Construction has just informed about the selling price of the High-rise Housing Area - Social Housing under the Housing Area project in Dong Anh commune, Hanoi city after starting construction.
The project is invested by the Ministry of National Defense's 319 Corporation, which started construction at the end of last year. This social housing area consists of 4 9-storey blocks, 1 basement and 1 attic.
The project has a total of 466 apartments, including 419 social housing apartments for sale and 47 social housing apartments for rent. The apartments have an area of 40m2 - 76.6m2. The selling price of social housing in the project is VND 20,617,583/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees), the maintenance fee is VND 392,716/m2.
equivalently, the smallest apartment price here is 824.7 million VND/apartment and the largest apartment with an area is priced at more than 1.57 billion VND/apartment.
The estimated rental price is 288,527 VND/m2 (including VAT, excluding maintenance fees). The official rental price will be announced after being appraised by a competent state agency. The selling price and maintenance fee are determined according to Document No. 4884/SXD-KTXD dated May 7, 2025 of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
The project is expected to complete the project and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2026. The time to receive documents will begin when the project is eligible for sale according to regulations, expected in the third quarter of 2025.
