    Hanoi - Ecohome 3 Residential Area Project is opening for sale 120 social housing apartments (phase 2) after 5 years of lease.

    The Hanoi Department of Construction publicly announced the plan to receive applications for purchasing social housing (for apartments subject to lease transfer to sale) at the Ecohome 3 Residential Area Project, phase 2.

    The project is located at a plot of land marked B11-HH2, Bac Co Nhue - Chem area, Bac Tu Liem district. The project investor is Thu Do Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company. The construction site is at plot B11-HH2, in the Bac Co Nhue - Chem area, Dong Ngac ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi city. The construction area of the land plot is about 4,954.9m2.

    The number of apartments opened for sale after 5 years of lease in the second phase is 120 social housing units. The area of the apartments ranges from 39.9m2 to 69.7m2. The average selling price of social housing at the Ecohome 3 project (including value added tax but excluding maintenance costs) is 16,306,378 VND/m2. Accordingly, the prices of apartments here range from 650.37 million VND/unit to more than 1.1 billion VND/unit.

    Value added tax is 5%, maintenance cost is 310,598 VND/m2. The rental price of social housing (including value added tax) is 73,155 VND/m2/month.

    The subjects submitting documents are customers currently renting social housing at the Ecohome 3 Project, Dong Ngac Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi City.

    The time for receiving documents starts from July 1, 2025 to August 1, 2025 (including Saturdays and Sundays). Morning reception from 8:30 to 11:30; afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30.

    The Hanoi Department of Construction noted that organizations and individuals are strictly prohibited from taking advantage of social housing policies and people's needs to collect money and deposits in violation of regulations. The petitioner must directly submit the application, sign the application receipt and register the wish for the apartment area.

    At the same time, people do not conduct transfers against regulations for social housing, and do not register to submit home purchase documents at locations that have not been officially announced by the investor on the website of the Hanoi Department of Construction.
