The event The Signature Harmony - The Sublime Imprints of SkyM brings together representatives of investor BIM Land, construction partner Central Construction Joint Stock Company, 35 official distribution partners and nearly 500 investors of SkyM - those who have contributed to creating one of the most impressive success stories of the Ha Long real estate market in 2025.
Since its introduction to the market, SkyM has continuously achieved impressive business results. To date, 1,890 SkyM apartments, equivalent to nearly 100% of apartment funds, have been successfully traded, affirming the sustainable appeal of a product that converges position, vision and outstanding exploitation potential.

Along with impressive business results, SkyM is also recording outstanding construction progress. Despite possessing complex geology typical of coastal areas, the project completed all deposits six months ahead of schedule, expected to be completed in early November 2025.
Also within the framework of the event, BIM Land signed a cooperation agreement with Central Construction Joint Stock Company, one of the 10 leading construction contractors in Vietnam according to BCI Asia. Continuing the journey of creating SkyM, Central is currently actively implementing the rough construction and basic completion phase, committed to ensuring project progress and construction standards.
The event atmosphere ended in an emotional moment of gratitude for the lucky draw program for SkyM's valued customers. The whole audience burst into tears when the winner of the special prize - the Toyota Raize 2025 - was announced, belonging to Ms. Trinh Tuyet Nhung, one of the owners of SkyM.
