Masterise Homes develops The Global City according to the model of a metropolis, a complex with full amenities like a city. Foster + Partners provides architectural advice and offers advanced and sustainable design solutions with the goal of creating a global “city” in Vietnam.
The company also determined that the connecting traffic infrastructure will play a decisive role in attracting residents and seizing opportunities. The Global City currently has a favorable location. The eastern front of the project is adjacent to Do Xuan Hop Street - the axis connecting Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway. Do Xuan Hop Street has a plan to expand. In particular, in early October, Nam Ly Bridge located on this road, right through the project, was opened to traffic, contributing to reducing traffic congestion and urban embellishment in the eastern part of the city.
In the urban development strategy, Masterise Homes recently started construction of Lien Phuong Road, a road connecting the existing radial axis to the intersection with Mai Chi Tho and Vo Nguyen Giap, 660 meters long and 60 meters wide. Lien Phuong Road will create a new traffic route, connecting An Phu and Thao Dien areas with the old District 9 area more quickly and conveniently.
