The above apartments belong to CT8 Building in the Social Housing Area of the Trang Due Urban Area - Trade Service and Workers' Housing Project, Le Loi Commune, Quoc Tuan Commune, An Duong District (now Le Loi Ward, An Hai Ward, An Duong District, Hai Phong City) invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.
According to Official Dispatch No. 165/2025/SHP-DT dated May 16, 2025, Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company requested the Department of Construction to confirm that 236 social housing apartments of CT8 Building are eligible to be put into business in future housing. The company committed that 236 social housing apartments in CT8 Building are eligible to be put into future housing business. The project investor has fulfilled financial obligations regarding land as well as other legal documents.
Previously, the Department of Construction announced the results of the inspection during the construction of the Social Housing Project under the Trang Due Urban Area - Commercial Services and Workers' Housing Project in Le Loi Commune, Quoc Tuan Commune, An Duong District.
At the time of inspection, the underground structure of CT8 to (point -0.05m) had been completed. The basement floor area is about 1,872m2, which has basically been completed according to the design requirements. The construction quality of the items has been controlled by the Investor, supervision consultant, and construction contractor and basically fully implemented according to regulations.
