The Binh Duong Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board is accelerating the investment progress of the project to upgrade and expand the road from Binh Chuan intersection to the intersection with Tan Phuoc Khanh Martyrs' Monument road.
This road passes through 3 localities including: An Phu ward, Thuan Giao ward, Tan Khanh ward (connecting the large urban area of Thuan An city, Tan Uyen city, former Binh Duong province).
According to the Binh Duong Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board, the road surface compensation project has a total amount of 1,966 billion VND. The project has 527 affected cases, the total area to be recovered is 6.58 hectares of land.

Currently, the section passing through Tan Khanh ward has completed measurement work, inventory work and compensation payment of 657 billion VND, recovered land of 184 cases with an area of more than 2ha, and the remaining 105 cases have not been handed over with an area of 1.6ha.
In Thuan Giao ward, compensation has been paid of 246 billion VND, 97 cases have handed over land with an area of 1.12ha, and 9 cases have not yet handed over with an area of nearly 0.3ha.
In An Phu ward, compensation has been paid of 293 billion VND, land recovery reached 1.5ha, and 6 cases have not been handed over with an area of 0.18ha.

It is known that the above project has a length of 2,678 m. The project is implemented along the existing road, expanded to 32m. The project started in November 2024, construction time is 540 days, and construction is expected to be completed in April 2026.
According to records, the project construction progress is currently slow due to site clearance issues. The site has now been recovered to 70%, but the handed-over area is not synchronous and not continuous, leading to difficulties in construction deployment. In addition, the slow relocation of technical infrastructure also affects the project progress.
