On June 4, the People's Committee of Phuoc Binh Commune (Long Thanh District) announced the land recovery, announced the field inventory of land, houses and assets attached to the recovered land of the Phuoc Binh 2 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project (Phuoc Binh Commune and Tan Hiep Commune, Long Thanh District).
According to the list, there are 210 households subject to recovery, including plots of land without information about the owner.
The People's Committee of Phuoc Binh commune will coordinate with the Land Fund Development Center of Long Thanh district to carry out the counting procedures.
Previously, on December 27, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed Decision No. 1665/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the Phuoc Binh 2 Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment, Construction and Business Project. At the same time, the project investor was Nhon Trach 6A Industrial Park Construction Investment Company Limited.
The project has a scale of more than 287 hectares, the project's operation term is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment policy and approving investors, the project implementation progress does not exceed 36 months from the date of handing over the land by the State.
