Due to the implementation right in the complicated period of the COVID-19 pandemic, fluctuating prices of raw materials, fuels, construction materials, and difficulties in site clearance, the special weather in Sa Pa... have significantly affected the project implementation.

In early September 2025, reporters were present on Dien Bien Phu Street to record the construction of the headquarters of the hundred billion VND administrative agency of Sa Pa ward.

According to observations, the new administrative center is located on the top of a hill, in the Northwest Sub-region of the old Sa Pa town. Around this building are rows of townhouses that are also in the process of completion.

Up to now, this administrative center building has completed the rough construction, clearly showing the shape of the new headquarters. At the project, workers are completing items inside the building.

According to research, the project was built to meet the working needs of cadres, civil servants and public employees working at state agencies of the old Sa Pa town; facilitate coordination, direction, inspection and supervision between state management agencies. Along with that, it helps people easily look up information and access administrative procedures.

After completion, the project will create an architectural highlight in the new administrative area, in accordance with the planning and in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
