On the afternoon of April 11, in Binh Duong, a conference was held to sign the coordination regulations between the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Parks and 19 investors in the construction and business of industrial park infrastructure in environmental protection.
This Regulation aims to strengthen the close coordination and companionship between the State and investors of industrial parks in attracting investment and developing industry.
In addition, enhance the responsibility of all parties in inspection, supervision and handling of issues related to environmental protection; contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of industrial parks.

According to records, there are currently 28 industrial parks in operation in Binh Duong. Industrial parks are operating, stably operating centralized wastewater treatment plants. Install an automatic wastewater monitoring system, transmit data to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring and supervision.
Most secondary enterprises generating wastewater and emissions comply with legal regulations on environmental protection. Enterprises connect wastewater to the centralized wastewater collection and treatment system of industrial parks for further treatment.
After the parties participate in this regulation, the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Management Board will provide and exchange information to the companies about investment certificates, environmental licenses, construction permits, construction start-ups, etc.
Industrial park construction and business companies will also provide the Management Board with information related to the ability to meet the environmental protection infrastructure of the industrial park. Provided information: such as types of industries, conditions for expansion, capacity increase, drainage infrastructure, wastewater treatment, volume and type of wastewater that can be received, annual dredging and maintenance plan, drainage system maintenance...

Research and development of 3 ecological industrial parks
Currently, many industrial parks in Binh Duong are transforming towards sustainable development, but have not yet been able to achieve the international framework EIP 2.0 on ecological industrial parks.
Becamex IDC is cooperating with the World Bank to implement a project in the feasibility study phase of building an ecological industrial park in the province according to the international framework EIP 2.0.
The goal of this phase is to implement an international standard ecological industrial park model in key industrial parks in Bau Bang area, including: Bau Bang industrial park, Bau Bang industrial park expansion and Cay Truong industrial park.
