Bien Hoa City hands over more than 47 hectares of highway construction site

Dong Nai - Bien Hoa City handed over more than 47 hectares of land for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway construction to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province.

On March 6, information from the Bien Hoa City Party Committee said that up to now, the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway section through Bien Hoa City has handed over more than 47 hectares of land to the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center, reaching a rate of nearly 80%.

The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway section through Bien Hoa City is more than 6.2 km long, passing through Tam Phuoc Ward and Phuoc Tan Ward (Bien Hoa City), the land area to be reclaimed for project construction is 59.5 hectares.

The total number of plots of land to be recovered is 1,125 plots.

The total number of households to be cleared is 1,514 households.

Of which, the project length passing through Phuoc Tan ward is 3.4 km, the recovered land area is 37.97 ha, the total number of households to be cleared is 1,150 households.

Tam Phuoc ward has a project length of 2.8 km, the recovered land area is 21.53 ha, the total number of households to be cleared is 364 households.
