Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that it is necessary to continue to strengthen the leadership of the Party, promote the role, responsibility and raise awareness of Party committees at all levels, especially the leaders.

Clearly recognizing the mission and goals of theoretical work in general, the work of summarizing practical practice and theoretical research in particular is to provide scientific arguments for the planning of the Party's policies, guidelines, and strategic decisions, serving the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
Promote the summary of practices and theoretical research to supplement and develop theories, firmly entering the new era.
Continue to innovate content and programs for training, fostering, and educating political theory in a modern and creative direction, linking theory with practice, learning with practice; applying modern science and technology more effectively in disseminating, informing, and propagating the theory; thoroughly overcoming formative diseases in theoretical study.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia also requested to continue to innovate and build the organization of theoretical agencies in the direction of streamlining, compactness, strength, efficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency.
