On February 2nd, the People's Committee of Vat Lai commune (Hanoi) issued a notice on the dismantling of the violating construction of Mr. P.K.V and Mr. P.V.L's household in O May field, Co Chong hamlet, Vat Lai 1 village, Vat Lai commune.
Previously, on January 28, the Task Force of the Economic Department of Vat Lai commune coordinated with the Head of Vat Lai 1 village to inspect 2 violating works in O May field, Co Chong hamlet, Vat Lai 1 village of Mr. P.K.V and Mr. P.V.L.
At the time of inspection, Mr. P.K.V's household had built a house with walls built of 220cm terracotta bricks, 3.7m high (walls not plastered), roofed with corrugated iron, construction area of 128.35m2 on agricultural land for annual crops.
Mr. P.V.L's household has built a house with walls built of 220cm terracotta bricks, 3.9m high (walls not plastered), corrugated iron roof, construction area of 132m2 on agricultural land for annual crops.
The Economic Department of Vat Lai commune requested Mr. P.K.V and Mr. P.V.L to self-dismantle 2 constructions violating houses built with terracotta bricks and corrugated iron roofs in O May field, Co Chong hamlet, Vat Lai 1 village, and restore the ground as before the violation.
The time to complete the above contents is before 5:00 PM on February 6, 2026.
The People's Committee of Vat Lai commune requests the Village Head of Vat Lai 1 to supervise the dismantling of the project and regularly update reports to the People's Committee of Vat Lai commune (through the Economic Department). Publicly post this Notice at the village cultural house and at the violating project.
Request the Commune General Service Center to propagate on the information system so that 2 violating individuals know and implement it.
