Faced with potential risks and consequences for the stable socio-economic development of the area, Toan Luu Commune Police have resolutely advised Party committees and authorities and coordinated with agencies and units to deploy solutions to handle and stabilize the situation.
Assessing that some organizations and individuals, mainly outside the area, use forms of advertising and value inflation to attract people to participate in real estate trading, which can cause instability, the police have sent forces to patrol and verify issues with signs of violations.
