On July 19, the Land Management Department under the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province announced an invitation to participate in the specific land price determination package of Nhat Tien Plaza 39 - 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Project (Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province).
In the announcement, the Department of Land Management said that there is a need to organize the determination of specific land prices for the Nhat Tien Plaza 39 - 41 Project Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to collect additional land use fees (if any) due to adjustment of the planning architectural plan. The time of determining land prices is August 2015 and June 2019.
Currently, the land at 39 - 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai has two 5-star hotels, Regalla Gold Hotel and Virgo Hotel.
Virgo Hotel alone has an investor, Virgo Nha Trang Trading Company Limited.

Previously, in 2015, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee agreed on the architectural plan of Nhat Tien Plaza project at 39 - 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, invested by Nhat Tien Investment, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company.
This project aims to build tourist apartments and commercial service areas with a total land area of over 4,000m2 divided into 2 areas.

Most recently in 2019, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province agreed to adjust the planning architectural indicators (regarding the scale of high floors, low-rise areas,...) for projects at land plot No. 39 - 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai.
Specifically, the Nhat Tien Hotel project will have 40 floors, 2 basements; the Virgo Hotel and Apartment project will have 40 floors, 2 basements; the Thien An Hotel and Helios Hotel project will have 22 floors, 1 basement.
The above unified architectural planning indicators of projects in land plots No. 39 - 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai are the basis for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (old) to re-determine land prices, land use fees, land rents... that Nhat Tien Investment, Trade and Service Joint Stock Company must pay additional (if any).
