On March 30, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee, Hanoi City, said that the inter-sectoral working group to handle land violations and construction order in Phu Cat commune had just organized a campaign to handle violations against Ms. N.T. L (born in 1973, residing in hamlet 6, Phu Cat commune).
The launching ceremony was directly directed by Mr. Ngo Van Tuyen - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, with the participation of representatives of the economic department and the commune police force.
According to Phu Cat Commune People's Committee, through inspection and review of the area, the inter-sectoral working group handling land violations and construction order in Phu Cat commune discovered that Ms. N.T. L had the act of arbitrarily building works on public land without permission from competent authorities.
The working group made a record of violation, requested to stop construction, and at the same time propagated and mobilized households to voluntarily dismantle the project and restore the original state of the land plot.
However, Ms. L did not comply with the dismantling of the violating construction. On that basis, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee developed a plan and organized forces to launch a campaign to handle it in accordance with the law.
The handling of violations is carried out publicly, transparently, and in the correct order, demonstrating the determination of the commune government in land management and construction order, contributing to maintaining discipline and raising people's awareness of law compliance in the area.
