According to the conference report, in 2024, the Branch achieved and exceeded most of the planned targets. The work of ensuring train safety, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and labor safety is guaranteed.
Employment and income for workers are stable; average income in 2024 will reach VND11.130 million/person/month (up 4.5%) over the same period in 2023).
During the year, the Branch regularly cares for and looks after the material and spiritual lives of workers. Organize timely visits and encouragement to workers in difficult circumstances and disadvantages; visit and give gifts to workers during holidays, Tet... with hundreds of millions of VND.
In 2024, with a high spirit of solidarity and unity, the Branch Party Committee was classified as having successfully fulfilled its tasks; professionally awarded a Certificate of Merit in the emulation movement of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises; achieved the title of "Rectified - Cultural - Safety" unit at the Vietnam Railway Corporation level...
Speaking at the conference, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Railway Corporation Hoang Nang Khang acknowledged and praised the achievements of Nghe Tinh Railway Exploitation Branch, highly appreciating the efforts of workers to overcome difficulties.
At the same time, Mr. Khang informed about the outstanding production and business results of the Corporation in 2024, key tasks in 2025 and the determination to comprehensively innovate the entire industry.
In the coming time, Mr. Hoang Nang Khang suggested that the Branch pay attention to and focus on performing well the key tasks, making efforts to improve the lives of workers.
