In 2024, the cooperation agreement between the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC) and units and enterprises achieved many positive results.
Products, services and preferential prices for staff, teachers, and workers (CBNGNLD) include household appliances, refrigerators, televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, rice cookers, pressure cookers, magnetic cookers, providing specific products for health care, nutritional powder, smart study lamps, office uniforms, social housing for employees...
Over 10,000 employees have purchased products at preferential prices for employees in the industry worth over 7 billion VND.
The Vietnam Education Trade Union said that in 2025, it will regularly monitor and grasp the situation at the grassroots level to support, review, and access feedback on the effectiveness, quality of products, preferential services, etc. Strengthen two-way information between business units and trade unions of units and schools to promptly grasp data and information related to the implementation of the agreement.
At the same time, strengthen communication work on cooperation agreements to employees so that employees know and benefit from cooperation agreements. Strive to have 20% of union members enjoy preferential products and services from partners who have signed the program.

Therefore, all products chosen for union members and workers of the Vietnam Education Trade Union must be carefully selected, bringing the best value to them, said Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - Chairman of the Trade Union.
At the conference, the Trade Union of Education awarded Certificates from the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Education to 9 collectives for the effective implementation of the 2024 union member welfare program; awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives actively and effectively participating in the program "Welfare of union members in the education sector in 2024".
