The delegation of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union led by Comrade Pham Hoai Phuong, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, paid a visit, worked, and exchanged experiences with the Trade Union of Construction Industry and Construction Materials Production Industry of Belarus in the Republic of Belarus.
Receiving the Vietnam Construction Trade Union delegation, on the Belarusian side were Comrade Vadim Nikolaevich Grachev, Vice Chairman of the Belarus Federation of Trade Unions; Comrade Dmitry Aleksandrovich Prosviryakov, Chairman of the Construction and Building Materials Industry Trade Union of Belarus; Comrade Sergey Vasilyevich Ryabinin, Vice Chairman of the Construction and Building Materials Industry Trade Union of Belarus.
During the visit program, the delegation of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union had working sessions with the Construction and Building Materials Industry Trade Union of Belarus and leaders of the Belarus Federation of Trade Unions.
At the working session, the two sides exchanged and shared experiences on trade union organization and activities; the work of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; caring for life, supporting society and ensuring labor safety and hygiene. Through this, the two sides strengthened understanding and shared appropriate ways of working in trade union activities and work to care for workers.
The delegation also visited and worked, learned about the operation of the Labor Safety Center at Minsk Construction Group (Minskstroy); worked with the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, and was received by First Deputy Minister Vladimir Aleksandrovich Naumovich and the Board of Directors of Belarus Cement Joint Stock Company.
At the working session, the two sides exchanged views on contents and experiences related to the field of construction. In addition, the delegation participated in the "Trade Union with Children" program at the Leninsky District Children's Village, Minsk city.
In Gomel province, the delegation visited and worked at Gomel DSK Joint Stock Company, one of the largest enterprises in the Belarusian construction industry, with about 3,000 employees. The working session was attended by Mr. Sergey Ryabinin, Vice Chairman of the Construction and Building Materials Industry Trade Union of Belarus; Mr. Alexander Goncharov, General Director of Gomel DSK Joint Stock Company; Mr. Dmitry Shilun, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and Mr. Dmitry Murashko, Chairman of the Gomel Provincial Construction Trade Union...
The delegation visited the factory of Gomelsky DSK Joint Stock Company, learned about the actual production activities at the factory, visited the production lines and processes of concrete and steel products, thereby learning more about the formation, development and tradition of the unit.
The delegation continued to visit and work at Gomelsteklo Joint Stock Company - a leading enterprise in the glass industry of Belarus. At the production facility, the delegation was introduced to the glass production process, visited the production lines, processes and Museum Room, thereby learning more about the formation, development and tradition of the Company.
Within the framework of the visit, the delegation visited the "Children - War Victims" Memorial Area in Krasny Bereg, the "Partizanskaya Krinichka" Military Historical Memorial Area and the Pridneprovsky Nursing Center.
