On September 30, the Vietnam Health Trade Union signed a Regulation on coordination with the Vietnam Health Improvement Consulting Association.
Attending the signing ceremony on the side of the Vietnam Health Trade Union (VTC) were: Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - President of the VTC, concurrently President of the Vietnam Health Improvement Consulting Association; Mr. Pham Thanh Cam - Permanent Vice President of the Association, leaders of the Vietnam Health Improvement Consulting Association committees.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Pham Thanh Binh - President of the Vietnam Health Trade Union - emphasized that ensuring the health of health workers in the health sector is not only a legitimate right but also a prerequisite to protect public health.

The signing of the Coordination Regulation is an important milestone to concretize Resolution 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo "On some breakthrough solutions to strengthen protection, care and improve people's health" of the Vietnam Health Trade Union; to maximize the strengths, resources and specific functions of each side with the common goal of a healthy and confident workforce, continuing to contribute to the cause of people's health care.
The signing of the coordination regulations is a testament to the spirit of cooperation, sharing community responsibility with 6 key contents: Coordinating the organization of health care and improvement activities; organizing propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws related to health for union members and workers in the health sector; coordinating research and synthesis of labor health care models; organizing training, coaching and capacity building; coordinating consultation and policy criticism; mobilizing and managing resources and coordination methods...
The two sides agreed to assign focal points in charge to effectively coordinate activities, ensuring synchronous and timely implementation. The close cooperation between the Vietnam Health Trade Union and the Vietnam Health Improvement Consulting Association for the period 2025-2030 is expected to bring positive changes in the health care and protection of health workers in the health sector - the frontline force in protecting people's health.
