Teacher groups are prioritized for recruitment, receiving allowances of 150%
The Government has just issued Decree No. 93/2026/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Teachers, effective from March 31, 2026.
The Decree identifies the group of teachers eligible for attraction and re-employment policies.
In addition to the group of talents as stipulated in Article 4, Decree 179/2024 (such as graduates with valedictorian degrees, excellent degrees or higher, experts, leading scientists...), 6 other groups of subjects are prioritized in recruitment and enjoy special policies, including:
One is a professor, associate professor or a person recognized as meeting the standards for the title of professor, associate professor.
Two are people who have achieved high-level national and international achievements in the fields of culture, arts, sports, and traditional occupations.
Three are artisans, artists, doctors with honors, people; people with national vocational skills certificates of level 4 or higher or having certificates of excellent vocational skills, winning prizes at regional and international vocational skills competitions. See more...

Director of Dong Thap Department of Education and Training Le Quang Tri has just signed and issued the High School Enrollment Plan (10th grade) for the 2026 - 2027 school year in the province. This year's enrollment work has many new points, aiming to ensure fairness, transparency and reduce exam pressure for students.
For enrollment in 10th grade specialized classes, candidates must graduate from lower secondary school, have good academic performance and good conduct. The exam takes place in two days, May 27 and 28, 2026 with 4 exam subjects including Math, Literature, English (non-specialized) and one specialized subject.
In the public high school system, students can register for a maximum of 3 aspirations. The exam is held on May 27, 2026 with 3 compulsory subjects: Mathematics, Literature and English. The admission score is the total score of 3 subjects plus priority and encouragement points (if any), considered from high to low to recruit enough targets for each school. Ha Tinh urges progress of 2 inter-level boarding schools to start construction from 2025
On April 6, news from the Office of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee said that Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Nguyet has just signed a document urging the progress of investment in the construction of an inter-level boarding school, which will be implemented from 2025 in the area.
