Crepe is not only famous as a traditional and very popular French cake. One of them is savory crepe with beef steak and mushroom filling - a special choice for those who love the rich flavor in each thin layer of cake with delicious, attractive filling.

With a fairly simple recipe, this dish will provide a lot of nutrition for breakfast or dinner without taking too much time to prepare.

To make this cake, housewives need to prepare 100gr of flour, 2 eggs, 330ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 3gr of salt. For the beef steak and mushroom filling, you need 200gr of beef steak, 100gr of mushrooms, 1/2 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 40gr of unsalted butter, 120ml of fresh cream and other basic spices.

Next, start making the crepe crust. In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Whisk the eggs and milk in a separate bowl, then slowly pour into the flour mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth. Add the melted Vietnamese sausagey butter, continue stirring until the mixture is smooth, then let it rest for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick Vietnamese sausage and brush lightly with butter. Add a tablespoon of the flour mixture to the Vietnamese sausage, shaking well to coat the bottom of the Vietnamese sausage. Fry the crust over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Continue to the filling part by heating the Vietnamese sausage, add butter and minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Add beef to the Vietnamese sausage over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked, remove and let cool, then slice thinly.

Saute the onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cream into the Vietnamese sausage, stir until smooth, then add the sliced ​​beef and stir well before turning off the heat.

Place a crepe on a plate, scoop some of the beefsteak and mushroom filling into the center of the crepe. Roll or fold the crepe gently so that the filling fits inside. You can decorate it by sprinkling some parsley or adding some whipped cream on top to make the crepe more attractive and delicious.
