How to make protein brownies

Ingredient:

- 100 grams roasted almonds

- 50 grams cashew nuts

- 20 grams of walnuts

- 100 grams of dates

- 15 grams peanut butter

- 20 grams cocoa powder

- 30 grams of whey protein

- 30 grams of melted dark chocolate

Making:

- Put the almonds, walnuts, cashews and roasted dates into a blender, blend until they form a good sticky mixture.

- Take the mixture out into a bowl and add peanut butter, cocoa powder, whey protein and melted chocolate. Mix all these ingredients well and prepare the dough.
