How to make protein brownies
Ingredient:
- 100 grams roasted almonds
- 50 grams cashew nuts
- 20 grams of walnuts
- 100 grams of dates
- 15 grams peanut butter
- 20 grams cocoa powder
- 30 grams of whey protein
- 30 grams of melted dark chocolate
Making:
- Put the almonds, walnuts, cashews and roasted dates into a blender, blend until they form a good sticky mixture.
