How to quickly make spicy Korean chili sauce ribs for first meal of the week

Housewives can refer to making spicy Korean chili sauce ribs to change the taste for a busy meal on the first day of the week.

Korean cuisine is very popular in Vietnam, especially spicy chili ribs, which are considered a favorite dish of many families. With the aroma of ribs and a little spicy taste of chili, this dish becomes an ideal choice for family meals at the beginning of the week.

To make spicy Korean chili ribs, housewives will need to prepare ingredients including 600 - 800gr young pork ribs; 5 - 6 cloves garlic, minced; 15gr Korean chili powder; 30gr Korean chili sauce; 20ml soy sauce; 5ml sesame oil; 5gr white sugar; 5ml white vinegar; 3gr ginger powder, 3gr roasted black sesame; some green onions and some other basic spices.

Next, soak the ribs in cold water for about 1 - 2 hours to clean and make the meat softer. Wash the ribs with clean water, pat dry, cut into small pieces before marinating the ribs with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Then leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to absorb the spices.

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chili sauce, paprika, bean sprout, sesame oil, white vinegar, sugar, seasoning powder and ginger. Stir the sauce until the spices are thick, creating the typical red color of Korean chili sauce.

Heat a pan with less cooking oil, fry the fried ribs until both sides are golden brown, then remove and drain the oil. Add the mixed chili sauce to the pan, stir gently until boiling, then add the ribs and simmer for about 20 - 25 minutes until absorbed evenly into each piece of rib.

Season the ribs with spices to taste, turn off the heat and decorate with some green green green onions and roasted sesame to make it more attractive. The spicy ribs of Korean chili sauce can be eaten with a bowl of hot white rice.
