According to a report by the USDA Food Data Central, 100g of fresh fabric contains more than 70mg of vitamin C, exceeding the recommended daily requirement for adults.
Vitamin C plays a powerful antioxidant role, helping to neutralize free radicals, protect liver cells from damage and strengthen the immune system.
fabric extract can support liver function and help reduce liver enzymes in people with metabolic disorders.
Teas used as a base such as green tea, oolong tea or green tea are rich in catechins, a group of polyphenols that have anti-inflammatory and enhancing liver function effects.
Drinking green tea regularly helps improve liver enzymes ALT and AST, while promoting the purification of toxins through the liver and kidneys.
Tea also has a mild diuretic effect, helping to remove waste from the body through urine.
The fabric is sweet and warm. However, when combined with tea (cooled) and ice, fresh fabric water becomes a neutral drink, helping to soothe the body on hot days.
Fruits rich in water and micronutrients such as fabric can help rehydrate, balance electrolytes and limit heatstroke in outdoor workers.
How to make fresh fabric tea at home is simple and effective:
Ingredients:
10-12 fresh fabric (should choose ripe belly fabric, not too sweet)
2 bags of green tea or oolong tea
500ml of filtered water
2-3 tablespoons honey (or syrup from fabric juice)
Fresh slices of lemon (optional)
Athletes
How to do it:
Cook the tea: Boil 500ml of water, let it cool down to about 80°C, then steep the tea bag for 5 minutes. Do not brew tea at too high a temperature to avoid breaking down beneficial polyphenols.
Preparation of fabric: Peel, remove the seeds and keep the pulp. You can lightly beat the part to increase the flavor when mixing.
Make fabric tea: Add the fabric to a glass, pour the cooled tea, add honey or syrup to taste. Add ice cubes and a few slices of lemon to enhance the refreshing flavor.
Enjoy: Use immediately when cold. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Notes when using:
People with hot skin and high blood pressure should not eat too much fresh fabric at the same time.
Avoid drinking fabric tea that is too cold while hungry or after strenuous exercise so as not to affect the stomach.
Fresh fabric can be replaced with unsweetened soap if not in season, but the amount of added sugar needs to be reduced.
