Pesto Shrimp pasta uses the main ingredient of Italian noodles combined with fresh shrimp and crab fever with a characteristic flavor. The dish is especially popular thanks to the refreshing flavor of herbs and the fatty taste of nuts.
To make this Italian noodle dish, housewives need to prepare ingredients including 250gr of Italian noodles (spaghetti or linguine); 300gr of fresh shrimp; 50gr of basil leaves; 30gr of pine nuts; 30gr of Parmesan cheese (menth minced); 100ml of extra Virgin olive oil; 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, unsalted butter, salt and pepper.
Roast the pine nuts and add the basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese to a blender with olive oil. Only blend until the mixture is relatively pure, do not blend for too long, it will turn the sauce dark and reduce the deliciousness.
Next, prepare the shrimp by peeling, removing the black threads, washing them and using a dry foam towel. Grill the shrimp pan quickly with butter and minced garlic over high heat until the shrimp meat is harvested and turns pink.
Boil the noodles according to the manufacturer's instructions and let them dry before putting them in a shrimp pan, stir-fry quickly. Add the saffron sauce and a little flour-boiled noodles (to create a thick consistency) and mix well. Adjust the temperature to a moderate level so that the ingredients are evenly coated.
Pesto shrimp pasta should be enjoyed while it is still hot and can be sprinkled with a little grated Parmesan cheese to enhance the rich flavor.
