To make this Italian noodle dish, housewives need to prepare 200gr of Italian noodles (can be round spaghetti or fettuccine); 2 egg yolks; 30gr grated Parmesan cheese; 100ml unsweetened fresh milk; 10gr unsweetened butter; 1 small piece of minced garlic and other basic spices.
Boil a large pot of water with a little salt before adding the noodles to the noodles for about 8 - 10 minutes until the noodles are fully cooked (al dente). Remove the noodles and store about half a bowl of boiled water to use when making the sauce.
