Summer vacation is the ideal time for parents to take their children out to play and snack on many delicious dishes that young children love. The Italian noodles with diverse preparations are very popular with the "summer vacation" group, especially when the over-the-counter tomato and cheese sauce brings a delicious, attractive flavor.
With the perfect combination of spaghetti, fresh tomato sauce and fatty mozzarella cheese, this dish will definitely satisfy the summer vacation.
To make this dish, housewives need to prepare 680gr of whole tomatoes; 2 cloves of garlic; 30ml of olive oil; 340gr of spaghetti (if you like spinach, you can use fettuccine); 60gr of fresh basil leaves; 340gr of mozzarella cheese and some other basic spices.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and then boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add the spaghetti to a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes to make the mia slightly hard. Then, drain the water and let it drain.
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and non -aromatic garlic smashed. Add pureed tomatoes to the pot, cook for a few minutes until the sauce is matched. Add enough basil leaves and seasoned with salt, mix noodles with tomato sauce and half of the amount of mozzarella cheese, stir well to allow the noodles to absorb the sauce.
Transfer the noodle mixture to a baking tray, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on the surface. Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes until the cheese melts evenly.
Take the noodles out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before splitting them into small pieces and sauteing them onto a plate. You can decorate with fresh basil leaves to enhance the delicious flavor.
To add more nutrients to the over-the-counter tomato and cheese pasta, you can add vegetables such as bell peppers, mushrooms or carrots to the noodle mixture before baking. If you want the dish to be more fatty, you can add a little grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
