Coconut cream coffee is currently very popular with many people because of the delicate combination of traditional coffee flavor and characteristic fatty sweetness.
To make this delicious drink, housewives will need to prepare 25 - 30gr of pure coffee powder (should choose coffee with moderate roasting); 80ml of coconut milk; 60ml of condensed milk; ice cubes; dried coconut (optional).
The brewing tools will include coffee filters (or makers); blenders; glass cups.
Making coffee filters by drying the filters through boiling water until hot will help the coffee extract better and retain its deliciousness. Put the coffee powder in the filter, gently shake to even out the surface before placing the board on top and squeezing with moderate force.
Add about 30ml of boiling water (ideal temperature from 93 - 95°C) to the filter to cook coffee for about 1 - 2 minutes to help the coffee powder bloom evenly. Then, continue to add 50 - 60ml of boiling water and cover until the coffee juice is about 40-50ml.
Next, prepare the coconut milk cream mixture by adding 80ml of coconut milk, 60ml of condensed milk and ice cubes to a glass. Use a spoon to stir well until the mixture is mixed together.
Add the blended coffee juice to a glass and pour the blend of finely ground coconut milk cream on top. The operation needs to be done gently to create a beautiful layering between the black coffee layer and the white coconut cream layer.
Finally, you can sprinkle some dried coconut on the surface to decorate and enhance the deliciousness when enjoying coconut cream coffee.
