On October 29, Binh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor organized a training conference to deploy Instruction No. 58 dated May 10, 2022 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on implementing Decision No. 2214 dated December 28, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the Program to implement the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" for the period 2021-2026.
Nearly 500 officials in charge of specialized topics at district-level Labor Federations and trade unions of various sectors participated in the training.
At the beginning of the training session, Ms. Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong - Head of Propaganda - Women's Union of the Provincial Labor Federation had the delegates warm up with physical exercises to warm up their bodies. Because physical exercise is also a way to build a healthy cultural environment in agencies and units.
The reporter also presented on improving the quality of emulation movements; building agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards, paying attention to standards, registration procedures, review and recognition, implementation costs and handling of violations.
Grassroots union officials have also been given detailed instructions on building a scorecard for building a culturally-standard enterprise; requesting recognition of culturally-standard agencies and units; sharing propaganda work, implementing tasks, etc. Thereby, helping officials doing movement work to further improve the quality and efficiency of their work.
