On December 19, the Ea Sup District Labor Federation (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit held the 6th expanded Executive Committee meeting, summarizing union activities in 2024 and deploying key tasks in 2025.
In 2024, the Ea Sup District Labor Federation carried out many meaningful activities to care for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
During the year, the locality established 3 new grassroots unions, developed 51 new union members (113%); developed and increased 51 union members (122%). Up to now, the Ea Sup District Labor Federation manages 70 grassroots unions.
The Party development work among union members and workers is also of interest to the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation. In 2024, the union at all levels introduced 93 outstanding union members to the Party Committee, resulting in 63 Party members being admitted.
In 2024, the district trade union supported the construction of 5 "Union Shelters" for union members with difficult housing circumstances, with a total amount of more than 250 million VND; organized meetings and presented gifts to 140 female union officials on the occasion of International Women's Day, March 8.
In 2025, Ea Sup District Trade Union at all levels will continue to effectively implement union member welfare programs and care for workers in difficult circumstances.
The District Labor Federation will strive to complete the task of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in the area.
