At the conference, the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor approved the decision to establish the Party Bloc Trade Union, the Government Bloc Trade Union; merge the Policy - Law Committee and the Propaganda - Women's Union into a Professional Committee; merge the Organizing Committee and the Inspection Committee into an Organizing - Inspection Committee.
The conference also approved the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Inspection Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Trade Union and the Government Trade Union; decisions on the transfer and appointment of full-time union officials.
