Innovating methods and forms of testing, evaluation, and reward in the direction of developing learners' qualities and abilities, ensuring substance, and preventing diseases in education. Strengthen the application of digital transformation in management, teaching, testing, and assessment; promptly provide information to parents and strengthen coordination between schools and families to have effective ways to support students in their studies.
Strengthen inspection of tutoring institutions, promptly rectify and strictly handle cases of violations of regulations on tutoring. Continue to thoroughly grasp and direct the strict implementation of regulations, tasks and solutions in ensuring a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, preventing and combating school violence.
Focus on building school culture; direct the development and implementation of complete and substantial cultural code of conduct in schools. Clearly identify responsibilities and strengthen coordination between relevant agencies to promptly detect, handle, and remove offensive information with violent content that negatively impacts children and students, especially in cyberspace.
Organize school psychological counseling activities well; continue to improve the staff to provide psychological counseling to students; focus on training, fostering, and improving teachers' capacity in skills and knowledge of school psychology counseling, ensuring timely and effective support for students. Focus on educating, improving life skills, behavioral skills and situation resolution for students; prioritizing safe swimming lessons, minimizing drowning risks, educating on laws on traffic safety and order, and preventing drugs.
Review and perfect regulations on food hygiene and safety in schools. Organize school meals, ensure hygiene, food safety and nutrition appropriately. Strengthen inter-sectoral inspection of Education - Health, strictly control the origin of food and the process of processing, preserving, and transporting food at educational institutions. Mobilize the participation of parents' representatives in monitoring food safety at educational institutions.
Coordinate strict handling of establishments that produce and provide food or meals to schools without fully implementing regulations on food safety and nutrition.
