According to the report on the results of the activities of the Workers' Month 2025 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, the "May Dialogue" Program has received attention, a trade union at the grassroots level has proactively coordinated with the Party Committee, government, and professional organizations to organize meetings and dialogues between union members, workers and civil servants (CNVCLD) and heads of Party committees and authorities with more than 250 participants.
There are 279 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) coordinating with professionals and employers to organize dialogues, seminars, and exchanges on the theme of the "5th Dialogue" program and the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party".
Through the dialogue, opinions were basically answered, many issues of concern to employees such as periodic salary increases, social insurance and health insurance contributions, overtime working regimes, support regimes in arduous and toxic working environments, working conditions, childcare for workers... were focused on and resolved.
Contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive relationships in enterprises, in addition, this is also an important forum for trade unions at all levels to grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees, advise, propose solutions, and bring practical benefits to employees.
The grassroots trade unions focus on improving the quality of negotiation, signing of Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs) and supervising the effective implementation of CLAs.
There are 6 trade unions in enterprises coordinating to sign new collective labor agreements and 14 trade unions in enterprises coordinating to amend, supplement, and re-sign collective labor agreements. The signed collective labor agreements have many provisions that are more beneficial to employees than those prescribed by law, such as support for shift meals, increased break time between working hours, and support for childcare for employees.
