On the afternoon of March 26, THH Furniture Vietnam Joint Stock Company (Thai Hoa commune, Tuyen Quang province) held the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union. Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation attended the Congress.
THH Furniture Vietnam Joint Stock Company, with its main business line being production and processing of wood products. Currently, this unit has 53 employees and laborers.
The organization of the Congress to establish the Company's grassroots trade union is of great significance, marking a new step in the development of trade union organization building in non-state-owned enterprises in Thai Hoa commune.
This is also a condition for workers to have a legal representative organization, care for and protect their legitimate and lawful rights and interests, and is a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Speaking to direct the Congress, leaders of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that the establishment of trade union organizations in enterprises is a necessary requirement to improve the effectiveness of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, it is proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union, after launching, should quickly develop operating regulations. At the same time, promote the role of representative, proactively coordinate with business leaders to organize emulation movements, creative labor, build a safe working environment, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
