On October 26, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha - Member of the Presidium, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor said that, implementing Plan No. 34/KH-TLD dated October 15 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo 2026, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just issued a Plan to organize the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program (pr program).
The purpose of the Program is to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; specify and implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Resolution No. 07/NQ-BCH dated August 29, 2024 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Focusing resources to care for the welfare of union members and workers in the new situation".
Continue to implement modern and practical welfare care for union members, contributing to bringing a warm and full Tet to union members and their families during the coming of Tet and Spring.
Bring quality consumer goods and products at preferential prices of enterprises and units, especially enterprises and units directly produced domestically to a large number of union members in the spirit of Directive No. 03-CT/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Central Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the new situation.
According to the request of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the way of implementing the Program to union members must be convenient, fast, and appropriate, especially for union members in remote, isolated, border areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions, and ethnic minorities.
Goods and products provided in the Program must ensure quality, priority prices, mainly products introduced by trade unions, domestically produced and distributed, guaranteed, and have a customer service network nationwide.
Prioritize union members who are supported to participate in the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" online but for objective reasons have not been able to buy goods and products or have successfully purchased but have not received goods and products; union officials affected by the restructuring of the apparatus and organization face difficulties and have to travel far away.
Ensure the confidentiality of information and personal data of union members according to the provisions of law.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Ha said that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will provide financial support through electronic shopping vouchers (e-vouchers) for union members to buy goods and consumer products on the official website (address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or the application on the Program's smart device (on IOS or Android operating system).
Expected time to organize the Program: From 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (from 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, At Ty 2025).
The beneficiaries participating in the Program are union members in the Vietnam Trade Union system, with outstanding achievements in labor and production, actively participating in activities organized by the union; union members in difficult circumstances and low income.
200,000 workers will be supported to participate in the Program, with a support level of VND500,000/person.
